My country does not appear in the shipping countries options. What can I do?
Our shipping partner UPS might not ship to your country for a number of reasons. If that is the case, send us an email through info@drunkgrapes.com or the Contact us page form and we’ll do our best to find a way to ship to you.
There was a problem with my parcel. What can I do?
If there was any visible damage to your parcel when you received it make sure to let the delivery person know, if any of the bottles is damaged please do get in touch and we’ll sort it out with you. If there’s any other problem related with the delivery of the parcel send us an email through info@drunkgrapes.com or the Contact us page and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Returns
We don’t do returns, however if something went terribly wrong with your order please do contact us with a detailed explanation of what happened and we’ll work out a way to fix it to the best of our efforts 🙂
